ILR has the largest concentration anywhere of scholars in the areas of human resources, organizational behavior, labor relations, collective bargaining, dispute resolution, labor economics, social statistics and international and comparative labor studies. ILR students have access to a large Ivy League university while enjoying the benefits of a small college (ILR), which is comprised of 800 undergraduates, 180 graduate students, and 50 faculty members. There is a great deal of flexibility in choosing courses in addition to the required core courses.
