Whats
it for?
The broad aim of the
MBA is to provide you with a thorough
grounding in the principles of management
and in the main functional areas of
business followed by their integration

management principles to corporate achievement.
This is coupled with the opportunity
to explore a broad choice of topic options
and also the development of a special
depth of knowledge within a field of
your choice for your dissertation. This

The full-time MBA is an intensive one year

in the UK in late October/early November
and an overseas residential in the January
of the second semester. The overseas residential
is a distinctive and successful feature
of our MBA and is intended to afford you
the opportunity to explore globalisation

and enterprise management.

it for?
It provides participants with an understanding

the programme in 12 months. The programme
may also be studied on a part time basis;

evidence of proficiency in the English language

Outline
The full time MA EBA is an intensive one
year course. It consists of two semesters
of taught modules, from September to January
and January to May, followed by a dissertation
to be written under the supervision of a
member of staff during the summer. The dissertation
is the culmination of the course and the
point at which students should be able to
demonstrate their ability to integrate substantive
theoretical, empirical and methodological
issues. The taught modules have been designed
in order to enable students to use the concepts
and methods of analysis of applied economics
and finance to understand company performance

The main aim of the programme is to give
graduates a fundamental understanding of
the operation of the European Union, its
economic underpinnings, the formulation
of the Unions policies and regulations
and its Eastward enlargement. It is a genuinely
European course not only in terms of its
contents but also in terms of its teaching
staff, students and places of study.

long does it take?
The full time MA EITEI is an intensive 13-month
course. It consists of two semesters of
taught modules, followed by a dissertation.

Normally, students are expected to have
