Korea is home to the second best MBA program in Asia and offers two types of MBA program, a general MBA and an Executive MBA. The MBA program lasts for two years and requires 52 credit hours of work where as the Executive MBA lasts for 22 months (on Friday and Saturdays only) and consists of 48 credits. For both types of MBA general core business courses must be taken which build the foundation of your degree. You then have the option to add electives that tailor your degree to meet your specific needs. In Korea in order to stay in the country for longer than ten days you must have a visa. In order to work there you must apply for a work permit. These are not difficult to get however if you do not have one you can be arrested and end up in Korean prison, so it is vital that you do get one. If you have your MBA from a Korean school you will be more likely to get a work permit. You will increase your chances if you have a job and a company who can sponsor you for your work permit.
