There are three ways to study for your Henley MBA: – Executive, Flexible Executive (part-time programmes) and Full-time.  Whether you choose to study on a full- or part-time basis, you will find the Henley MBA is broken down into three key stages:
Stage 1: Fundamental Business Foundations – where you will study the latest business and management strategies.
Stage 2: Strategy & Context: Managing Stakeholders = which looks at stakeholder management and the context around business choices.
Stage 3: Taking leadership to a Higher Level – where you'll examine the complexities of change in an organisation and how to influence and lead a company.
Henley Business School The MBA is arranged around ten core study modules with the addition of elective modules to allow you to specialise, plus an applied business or in-company project and international study visit*

*NB: The study visit is compulsory in Stage 2 for the Executive MBA and Stage 3 for the Full-Time MBA.  It is optional on the Flexible Executive MBA and subject to availability.

MBA Careers Service

We offer our MBA students professional skill development delivery in areas such as your Strengths for Career Development and Leadership, designed to provide an understanding of personality and performance strengths. 

Students also take part in:
  • One-on-one coaching with professional, qualified Career Consultants, all of whom have worked in industry
  • Alumni events and speaker engagements all designed to assist our students in meeting career goals by widening awareness and deepening knowledge
  • Professional workshops and seminars that allow Henley MBAs to develop skills that enable them to take a leadership approach to their career.

Henley Business School – Facilities

Greenlands Campus – Henley-on-Thames
A beautiful riverside campus on the outskirts of Henley-on-Thames is home to our part-time programmes: the Executive MBA and Flexible Executive MBA, DBA and Executive Education programmes.  It is around an hour from Heathrow Airport and within easy reach of London and the motorway network. 

The facilities include: an Academic Resource Centre (ARC), en-suite study bedrooms, meetings rooms and conference facilities, fitness centre and tennis court, a restaurant and bar and of course the 12 hectares of parkland; the perfect place for time to reflect.

Whiteknights Campus – University of Reading The Whiteknights Campus is in Reading, which is 30 minutes away from London by train and Heathrow airport. It has its own 134 hectares of park-like campus outside the town, and is home to our Undergraduate, Postgraduate and Full-Time MBA programmes. 

Prominent features of the Whiteknights Business School building include: a 250-seat conference standard lecture theatre, seminar rooms equipped with the latest technology, IT labs, dedicated research space, a popular cafe and visitor area and the Academic Resource Centre (ARC).
